Becoming more like Jesus - in real life, with real people.
At Frontier, we don’t believe discipleship is an optional upgrade for super-Christians.
It’s the normal Christian life.
We grow in faith not just by attending services, but by walking closely with Jesus and with others. We learn by practicing, by listening, by stumbling forward – and by doing it together.
Our Grow pathway is built around relationships, intentionality, and living the gospel in daily life.
How We Grow
We don't have a long list of classes or programs. Instead, we focus on a few key environments where real growth happens:
Waypoint Groups
3-4 people. Regular connection. Deep spiritual formation.
Waypoint Groups are the backbone of our discipleship. These small, intentional gatherings to help you:
- Practice spiritual habits
- Share struggles and stories
- Learn to listen to the Spirit
- Encourage one another in obedience
- Multiply as new disciples are formed

Mentoring & Spiritual Practices
Learn the rhythms that shape a Jesus-centered life.
We want to equip you to live your faith – not just talk about it. That means creating space for:
- Personal mentoring relationships
- Practicing silence, Sabbath, generosity, and prayer
- Exploring Scripture together
- Being accountable and encouraged

Leadership Development
Disciples who grow are disciples who lead.
We believe every follower of Jesus is called to lead – at home, at work, in their neighborhood, and in the church. Whether you’re just starting or ready to guide others, we want to help you:
- Grow in character and calling
- Discover and use your spiritual gifts
- Lead Waypoint Groups, serve teams, or missional projects
- Move from attending to owning to multiplying

Why We Keep It Simple
We don’t need more religious content. We need deeper relationships and Spirit-led transformation.
We believe people grow best when:
- They’re known
- They’re invited to practice
- They’re encouraged and challenged
- They’re equipped to help others grow too
Ready to Grow?
Discipleship starts with saying yes – yes to Jesus, yes to change, yes to community.
